Enough H1N1 vaccine has been received by the Lyon County Health Dept. that we are now planning to administer vaccinations on Friday, November 20 to ALL West Lyon students who have parent consent. Students in grades 5-12 will have the inoculations done during school hours (parent consent forms required). Students in grades PreK-4 must have a parent with them and will be vaccinated from 4:00 - 6:00 PM in the school library. To download a consent form, if you have not already turned one in to the school, please click here.
Parents - if you turned in a consent form earlier but no longer wish to have your child vaccinated, please notify the school office.
There is no charge for the H1N1 vaccine administered at school.
